Design	Our design department is equipped with the latest CAD software for component design and analysis, 3D modelling and rendering through to full CNC tool design and manufacture.
Toolmaking	We have our own in-house toolroom which has continual investment in cutting edge CNC technology which complements our CAD CAM design facility. We specialise on the production of quality injection & blow moulding tools.
Product Tailoring	Our stock products can be tailored to suit your specific needs. An alternative to full custom moulding. Small alterations can be made to our products to help you achieve desired look for your .
Blow Moulding	Bottles and hollow articles in most thermoplastics including PVC, HDPE, MDPE, LDPE, PETG, PP etc. up to 1 litre capacity.
Injection Moulding	Most thermoplastic materials are processed including PP, PS, HIPS, HDPE, MDPE, LDPE, SAN, Nylon etc. up to a shot weight of approximately 350 grammes.
Custom Moulding	Bottles and injection mouldings made to customers’ own requirements using our in house CAD/CAM design & cutting edge CNC toolmaking facilities. Strict confidentiality at all stages.
Screen Printing	A printing service is available for the decoration of our bottles and other mouldings. Artwork can be handled on site to suit customer's requirements using Adobe CS5 Creative Suite.
Production	24 hours a day production to achieve maximum output at economic prices.
Quality Assurance	Our procedures are certified to BS EN ISO 9001 (2008) (Certificate No. FM 13440) and an Environmental Management System (EMS) to phase 3 of BS8555.
Samples	A prompt sampling service is available and it is strongly recommended that users establish for themselves the suitability of any product for their application.
