How To Order (UK & EU Trade Customers, excluding Greece, Romania & Bulgaria)
Click on ‘Register’ and follow the instructions, you will then be sent a confirmation email allowing you to Log on and purchase items.
If you know which item/ item code you require or are looking for a particular size use the ‘Search’ facility. Otherwise use the dark blue drop down headings at the top or click on the scrolling images to browse our products.
Order the amount of items you require in the ‘Quantity’ box. As this is a Trade site the minimum you can order is a box of any item. The box quantity for each item is shown on the page and the site will automatically round your total to the nearest box quantity. Caps are the only items that you will be able to order in single amounts as we will split a box if required. So you can order the exact amount of caps you need for your bottles and jars.
The prices of all our products are shown on a ‘Volume Table’ accessed from the link above the ‘Quantity’ box. N.B. All prices are per 100 items.
To work out the price per item simply decide on the total amount you need, find it on the quantity breaks, then check the price per 100 and divide this amount by 100.
Once you have decided on the amount you require click on ‘Add to Basket’. This will add your items to a ‘Shopping Basket’ which can be accessed at any time using the ‘Basket’ icon at the top of the page. You can alter the ‘Quantity’ of any item in your basket by changing the figure and clicking on the green arrow, this will also update the price. If you want to remove anything in your basket simply click on ‘Remove Line’ and the item will be removed.
When you have got everything you need click on ‘Checkout’ and have your Credit card ready. You will already have entered your delivery address but an alternative one can be added. Click on ‘Continue’ and you will reach a review page where you can check that the delivery and billing addresses are correct and double check your order before you pay. You will have to click that you have read our Terms & Conditions before you can pay. If you require any other items simply click on ‘Continue Shopping’, otherwise click on ‘Pay For Order’ and you will be asked to enter your card details, please note for customers with Company Credit cards just add your name to the first and surname options, rather than the company name, then click ’Proceed’.
Your order is now complete and you will shortly receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. This will then be processed by our Sales Team and you will then receive an email Order Acknowledgement. An invoice will be emailed to you upon Order Despatch. You can check on the status of your order within 'My Account'.

N.B. EU Customers
All EU customers will need to enter a VAT number before payment. If you do not have a VAT number we will charge you VAT at current UK rates. Please enter your VAT number in the box provided and we will not charge you VAT.
Orders received before 12 md Monday to Friday will be processed within 1-2 working days, subject to stock availability. Should any item not be in stock we will contact you by separate email to confirm expected despatch date.
The delivery charge is automatically calculated according to the weight of the goods ordered and is added to the total. All deliveries are despatched by our contracted carriers who require a signature on receipt of delivery. Should no one be present to accept delivery the goods will be returned to the carrier’s depot and an additional charge made for redelivery. You can also arrange for your goods to be delivered at your own cost and we are happy to liaise with your carrier but we accept no responsibility for the goods once they have left our premises. Currently goods ordered on the website can be delivered within EU countries only, excluding Greece, Romania and Bulgaria. Please contact our Sales Department on Tel: 0116 2881588, email: sales@measomfreer.co.uk if you wish goods to be delivered outside this area and they will take your order and inform you of carriage costs.
Returns
We will happily offer an exchange, refund or credit note for items (without fault) returned to us in perfect order and in original packaging within 7 working days, please note a 20% handling charge will be levied. To return an item please ring our Sales Team for a 'Returns Number' which must be clearly marked on your package. If you return an item, please ask for proof of postage from your post office or carrier. We suggest items are returned by registered post/ carrier as we cannot refund items damaged or lost during return transit. In the unlikely event of an item arriving faulty or not as ordered, please inform us immediately. Delivery charge and return postage will only be refunded if the goods are faulty.
